Lash Spell Return Policy
As part of our commitment to customer service, Lash Spell offers a reasonable return policy for products purchased on our website. If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our website, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 90 days of placing the order.
Please be advised, prior authorization is required on all returns. To receive authorization for a return, please contact Customer Service. Return acceptance is subject to compliance with this policy. Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a refund or exchange will be made.
If returning an item(s), you must include the following in order to receive a refund or exchange:
- All products being returned.
- All product packaging and your purchase receipt or a copy.
- All gifts with purchase associated with the purchase of the items being returned. We do not offer refunds or replacements for free products.
